How do I know which engagement is right for my organisation?
A short initial call is the usual first step. We listen to what's occupying your team right now — whether that's finding the right people, having better performance conversations, or working through a period of change — and describe which engagement format tends to address that kind of situation.
What does a typical engagement involve from our side?
Depending on the engagement, you'd be providing access to relevant people — hiring managers, management team members, or a leadership group — and time for scheduled working sessions. We do not require large amounts of documentation preparation before we begin.
Are the sessions in-person or conducted remotely?
We are based in Bangkok and are available for in-person sessions at your premises or at our Asok Montri Road office. Remote sessions by video call are also possible for organisations where that format suits the team better.
What is included in the pricing shown?
The prices listed cover the full engagement as described — preparation, working sessions, written outputs, and a final review. There are no additional charges for standard sessions conducted in Bangkok. Travel costs for sessions outside Bangkok would be discussed separately if applicable.
How is our organisation's information handled?
Information shared during an engagement is treated with discretion. We do not share client details, internal discussions, or outputs from one client with another. Specific confidentiality terms can be agreed in writing before work begins if your organisation requires them.
How soon can we begin after making contact?
After an initial conversation, most engagements can begin within two to three weeks — depending on the schedules of the relevant people at your organisation. The Hiring Process Review, being the shortest engagement, can sometimes be scheduled to start within a week if needed.
