Three engagements designed for specific organisational moments
Each engagement is scoped precisely, priced transparently, and designed to close with written outputs your team owns outright.

Initial conversation
We listen to your situation and describe which engagement format typically addresses it. No cost, no commitment.
Written scope
We send a written scope document — what is included, what is not, the timeline, and the fixed price — for your review and agreement.
Engagement delivery
Interviews, working sessions, or facilitated discussions are conducted as agreed. Progress updates are regular and in writing.
Handover and close
Written outputs are handed to your team with a review session. The engagement closes cleanly with all materials owned by your organisation.
A structured look at how your organisation hires
This engagement reviews your hiring process from job description through to offer — examining how candidates are sourced, screened, interviewed, and assessed for references. The consultant interviews a selection of recent hires and the hiring managers involved, reviews sample materials, and produces a written report describing what was observed along with a list of suggested adjustments for your consideration.
- Interviews with recent hires and hiring managers
- Review of job descriptions and interview templates
- Observation of process consistency and fairness
- Written report with observed findings and suggestions
A framework your management team helps design
This three to four-week engagement works with your management team to develop a shared approach to regular performance conversations with direct reports. The consultant runs working sessions with the management group, drafts a framework covering suggested cadence, topic areas, and supporting templates, and leads a final review session. Everything produced belongs to your organisation and is designed to be adapted to your culture over time.
- Working sessions with your management group (typically 3 sessions)
- Drafted conversation cadence and structured topic areas
- Supporting conversation templates — editable and client-owned
- Final review session with management group
A facilitated process for deliberate culture change
This multi-session engagement supports a leadership team through a period of deliberate change in how people work together — most often following a merger, a leadership transition, or a phase of significant growth. Over six to nine working sessions across approximately three months, the consultant designs each session, facilitates the conversation, and captures decisions in writing. The output is a set of written agreements owned by the leadership team. The consultant shapes the process; the team determines the direction.
- Six to nine designed and facilitated working sessions
- Written record of decisions after each session
- Final set of written working agreements — leadership-owned
- Suited to post-merger, post-growth, or leadership-change contexts

In facilitated sessions, Astrolade holds the process without advocating for particular outcomes. Decisions belong to the leadership team.
Plain-language outputs
All written deliverables use clear, direct language designed to be understood and used by people who were not present during the engagement.
